With over 40 years of engineering experience, David Briggs found that it was becoming much harder for people to get small batch machining and one off jobs done. With the industry moving towards large CNC machine shops producing large quantities with maximum efficiency. Individuals and small companies producing minimum quantities were either struggling to get work done, or were being priced out of the market. David then founded David Edwards Precision Engineering Ltd focusing on producing small batch work and one off jobs for a realistic price.
Our goal is to provide affordable machining to small companies and individuals. We specialise in producing small batch and one off jobs without raising the price.
We have experience working in various engineering environments from toolrooms and machine shops. Working with vacuum, pressure and heating systems. Working with industrial gases, welding, brazing and silver soldering. And having worked with a wide variety of materials from composites to exotic metals. Our experience at David Edwards Precision Engineering Ltd gives us the knowledge to produce high quality parts to tight tolerances.
